You have an idea. You probably think professional support like this doesn't exist — or that it costs equity, or money you don't have. It doesn't. For a set fee, the Foundry gives you an environment to develop in, protects your idea, and takes you from idea to a fully registered, branded and investable company — company registration, your website, your branding and visual identity, and the systems to operate professionally.

You are a small founding team ready to grow and to establish yourself — often in a new market. You need senior leadership capability without hiring a full C-suite. The Atelier is on-demand venture building expertise: governance, commercial strategy, key hires and your raise, delivered by CVG alongside you. Accelerators take equity as the price of entry — CVG never does. We hire a CXO for a set fee.

Venture builders are the people who build the teams. Some need training for it, some already have the experience. We provide training for you to become a venture builder or help you build your team.

I. The Foundry
For : people with an idea.
You get : company registration, systems (email, drive, domain), weekly coaching, community, a pitch in front of investors.
Fee : £5,000 / €5,000. No equity.
II. The Atelier
For : Businesses ready to grow the team and raise funds.
You get : Governance, strategy, investor readiness, the right people placed for the job.
Fee : Set fee paid to CVG — on application.
Agreement by selection.
III. The Sanctuary
For : Venture builders — in training or established.
Routes : Venture Builder Training £5,000 / €5,000 · Sector or Country Lead from £25,000 / €25,000
Entry : By assessment. Progression by performance.
