Meet the founder
Séverine Obertelli brings twenty-five years of commercial, strategic and institutional experience to the work of building CVG. Across Europe and the US, she has built markets, led teams and closed deals at scale — including a €12M enterprise contract and tripling group revenue over four years. She has operated at board level in European industry bodies, advised businesses across deep tech, hospitality and professional services, and published work on resilience and sustainable leadership.
CVG is the culmination of that experience, directed toward a purpose she has held consistently: that commerce and social good are not in tension, and that the infrastructure for purpose-led enterprise simply needs to be built properly.
Her commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals — in particular SDG 8 (Decent Work), SDG 9 (Innovation and Infrastructure), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and SDG 17 (Partnerships) — is reflected directly in how CVG operates: local-value, inclusion-led, and designed to make regenerative growth measurable and investable.
