The Foundry : From idea to investable business
You have an idea. You probably think professional support like this doesn’t exist — or that it costs equity, or money you don’t have. It doesn’t. For a set fee, the Foundry protects your idea and takes you from idea to registered company in eight weeks.
Who it’s for : people with an idea of their own — tested in the market or still a conviction. Any sector, ultra-tech to ultra non-tech.
You get : full incorporation with the legal and financial framework in place from day one · your concept audited and developed so it is viable, protected and investable · everything to operate — email, drive, domain, weekly one-to-one coaching, community, an ecosystem profile, and a pitch in front of investors.
Fee : £5,000 / €5,000, depending on location. 8 weeks + 4 weeks’ free systems access. No equity. Continued support available as a paid option.
THE ATELIER | Build the venture.
You have a small business or a brilliant idea and you want to leverage your ecosystem. Now you need people and capital and CVG as a partner. We work on assignments: governance, strategy, investor readiness, and the right people found and placed for the job.
